Cancellations, Replacement and Refunds

Cancellation may be requested before dispatch.

Damaged, defective or incorrect books may qualify for replacement or refund after verification. Please report delivery damage within 48 hours of receipt with order details and clear supporting images.

Correctly delivered printed books generally cannot be returned only because of a change of mind, subject to applicable law. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable banking cycle after verification.
